Our Policies

We strive to provide a seamless dining experience for all our guests. While reservations are highly recommended to secure your spot, we also welcome walk-ins on a first-come, first-serve basis.

When making a reservation, we kindly ask that you specify whether you’d like to enjoy our multi-course “Experience” Trust the Chef Menu or prefer to order from the À la Carte. Sorry, we cannot offer partial parties with one and partial with the other – we do require that all guests at a table are committed to either the trust the Chef or the a la carte menu. Rest assured, we are happy to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions with prior notice. Additionally, guests are welcome to enhance their dining experience by adding on additional À la Carte or Exclusive Menu items if desired.

Note that a la carte seatings are offered at the following times (p.m.) : 5:00, 5:15, 6:15, 7:15, 8:15, 8:45

While our Trust the Chef Experience seatings are offered as follows (p.m.) :

5:30, 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30

For larger groups of six people or more, we kindly request credit card information, and there is a $25 cancellation fee per head if the reservation is not canceled prior to 3 pm the day before. 

For groups of 8 ppl and larger, or for inquiries for seatings later than 8:45 pm, we encourage you to text, call, or email us directly as the online booking platform is unable to approve them. 

Please be aware that our phone line is not monitored during service hours; however, if you leave us a message, we’ll make every effort to return your call promptly. Similarly, emails are not monitored during service hours.

For SAME EVENING inquiries or changes, please TEXT our phone number, as voice messages are generally not after 3 pm. Alternatively, our online booking platform is live 24/7.
