Our Policies

We strive to provide a seamless dining experience for all our guests. While reservations are highly recommended to secure your spot, we also welcome walk-ins on a first-come, first-serve basis.

When making a reservation, we kindly ask that you specify whether you’d like to enjoy our multi-course “Experience” Trust the Chef Menu or prefer to order À la Carte. For those opting for our Experience tasting menu, we require all guests in your party to commit to this experience. Rest assured, we are happy to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions with prior notice. For vegan or gluten-free Experience menus we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate severe shellfish allergies for our Experience menus at this time. Additionally, guests are welcome to enhance their dining experience by adding on additional À la Carte or Exclusive Menu items if desired.

For larger groups of six people or more, we kindly request credit card information, and there is a $25 cancellation fee per head if the reservation is not canceled prior to 3 pm the day before. For Exclusive Menu pre-orders, credit card information will also be taken.

Please be aware that our phone line is not monitored during service hours; however, if you leave us a message, we’ll make every effort to return your call promptly. Similarly, emails are not monitored during service hours.

For SAME EVENING inquiries or changes, please TEXT our phone number, as voice messages are generally not checked until the next day after 4 pm day-of.
